为让东京寸土寸金的土地得到最大效益,并同时考量城镇绿化与健康生活,日本知名土地开发商森大厦将启动城市再开发计划。


这个名为「Modern Urban Village(摩登都市村)」的都市再开发计划,主体建筑为三栋摩天大楼及中央花园广场,包含了生活、美食、购物等元素,内部设有150家特地店、1200平方米的超市还有将近3,000平方米的美术设备。估量2023年竣工后,摩登都市村将提供2万份工作机遇,每年估量吸收超越3,000万人次游客来访,成为东京的新地标。

01|Mori Building releases urban redevelopment plan


Japanese prominent land developer Mori Building plans to launch urban redevelopment plan to maximize the value of Tokyo's precious land, while also considering greening and healthy living.


Called “Modern Urban Village”, the redevelopment plan will have 3 skyscrapers and 1 central garden plaza, which will incorporate living, food and shopping, 150 specialty stores, 1,200 square meters of supermarkets and nearly 3,000 square meters of art facilities. Once completed in 2023, Modern Urban Village will create 20,000 jobs and attract more than 30 million visitors a year, making it a new Tokyo landmark.

07|Japan’s Aigan exits Chinese market


Japanese eyewear brand Aigan revealed on 29 November that it plans to exit the Chinese market, as the impact of COVID-19 continues to hinder company profits.


Aigan first entered China in 1994 and has 6 stores in Beijing and Tianjin for now.


Its Chinese business has lost money for 7 straight years from 2015. As part of its results, the company forecast the net loss of 425 million yen ($3 million) for the fiscal year ending March 2023, widening from its the previously forecast 315 million yen.
