本文内容源于零壹城市建筑事务所 苏圣亮 SU Shengliang 在往常的城市中,经常能够看到年岁小小却压力重重的孩子,传统的校园让学生们早早地进入了以成年人为模板的空间环境中。一所城市里的学校应该长什么样?面临教育类建筑,零壹城市建筑事务所的设计师思索的是如何经过设计来突破传统校园的概念,给予孩子们这个年岁应有的高兴空间。 Traditional school planning in modern Chinese cities usually provides students and children with an adult-scale campus environment at an excessively early stage. Such environment gives no help to them in coping with high educational and social pressure. Facing these phenomenon, it is the architects’ responsibility to subversively break these conventions in school planning and offer children with space of their own scale and age in which they will enjoy living and studying. △ 南面俯瞰 吴清山 South Aerial View WU Qingshan 水泥森林中的理想家园 Ideal school in High-density Space 未来科技城海曙学校位于杭州西部未来科技城板块,是一个包含幼儿园和小学的综合性建筑项目,它的建筑和室内由零壹城市建筑事务所一体化设计。海曙学校的设计灵感来自于儿童的绘画言语,孩子们笔下的理想校园充溢了亲切的尺度和欢乐的街道,设计师由此动身,将 28000 多平方米的体量打散成 15 个坡屋顶小房子,依照幼儿园、小学各年级不同的尺度与行为将建筑尺度逐步变大,经过小体量的院落组合塑造一个体量亲切、尺度宜人的温馨校园。 The project of Hangzhou Haishu School with a kindergarten and a primary school, is located in the Western Science and Technology City of Hangzhou.The architecture and interior design are both designed by LYCS Architecture.It is inspired by a random impromptu child drawing that depicts his ideal school which is like a small town full of small scale spaces and “happy” streets.Based on this inspiration, we divided the 28000sqm campus into 15 much smaller scale gabled volume. The scale of each volume gradually increases according to the growth of children’s age and the variation in their behaviors. A comfortable campus environment is formed by small inner courtyards within and among these volumes. △ 孩子们笔下的理想校园 零壹城市建筑事务所 Child Drawing LYCS Architecture △ 绘画言语的东南俯瞰 零壹城市建筑事务所 Diagram LYCS Architecture △ 西面俯瞰 吴清山 West Aerial View WU Qingshan △ 水泥森林中的理想家园 苏圣亮 Ideal School In High-density Space SU Shengliang 建筑群体主要由教学楼、行政楼、体育馆、食堂等几部分组成,经过连廊、内院、不同收场水平的廊道将各个功用空间串联起来。而廊道、楼梯这些教室以外的空间不只仅作为教室的衔接,更是孩子们相遇的中央;操场、屋顶也不只仅是字面表示的功用,而是孩子们沟通交流的空间。学校作为一个小尺度的社会,孩子们在里面经过亲身阅历树立起自己的社会认识。 The school project consists of teaching buildings, an administration building, a gym, a canteen, etc. All the functional spaces are connected in series through corridors, inner courtyards and corridors of different opening degrees. Exposed stairs and corridors shaped dynamically are not only designed for circulatio, but also for plenty of activity spaces. Under the gabled roofs are various common areas particularly designed for different types of gatherings, communications and social activities. As a mini society, the school enables students to build their own social consciousness with daily experience. △ 连廊是孩子们相遇的中央 苏圣亮 Exposed Stairs And Corridors SU Shengliang △连廊下空间 苏圣亮 Uder The Corridors SU Shengliang △ 教学楼与连廊俯瞰 吴清山 School Building And Corridor WU Qingshan 合适不同年龄阶段的小尺度房子 Small-scale House for Different Ages 这是一所能满足27 班小学和12班幼儿园各项功用需求的学校。幼儿园、小学由南到北散布,建筑高度也相应地逐步变高,以满足不同年龄段学生的活动和不同身体尺度对空间的需求,学生关于校园环境的感受也愈加亲切。同时,富于变更的小房子突破了城市生硬的建筑排布,丰厚了建筑天际线变更。 This project consists of 27 classrooms for primary school program and 12 classrooms for kindergarten program, which forms three U-shaped blocks and are distributed from south to north accordingly. The heights of these blocks increase incrementally to adapt different demand of scale of different departments, as well as to create a dynamic skyline. △ 丰厚的建筑天际线变更 苏圣亮 Dynamic Skyline SU Shengliang △ 建筑按尺度需求逐步变高排布 苏圣亮 Height-aligned Buildings SU Shengliang 小体量围合出各具特征的内院,而建筑体量之间又营造出有趣的街道空间。内院和街道的组成方式让教学楼建筑之间的衔接围而分歧,也使室外空间富有兴味和层次,为学生课余的活动空间发明了丰厚的可能性,愈加切合孩子的感受。 The enclosure of the building creates a distinctive inner courtyard and interesting street space.The space in-between buildings offers inner courtyards with variation of paving and landscape. A main street that satisfies youngster’s curiosity and desire is also created in between the blocks. △ 走廊和内院也是沟通交流空间 苏圣亮 Corridors And Courtyards Are Also Spaces For Communication SU Shengliang △ 建筑体量间的街道空间 苏圣亮 Street Space Between Buildings SU Shengliang 幼儿园是独立的 U 型院落,像张开的臂膀给孩子们围合的保险感。院落中的彩虹跑道与建筑颜色相呼应,营造一个五彩斑斓、自由自由和奇思妙想的空间。建筑的“小房子”形态被持续到室内,自己画笔下的外形在这里呈现,使孩子们在对建筑的猎奇中得到对家以外世界的美好初感受。 The kindergarten building stands as an independent U-shaped unit with open arms embracing the children. The rainbow runway echoes the architectural colours, creating a space that is colorful, unrestrained and whimsical. The "small house" form of the building was extended to the interior. The shapes of children's paintings appear here, so that they will get a wonderful first impression of the world from their curiosity about architecture. △ 幼儿园独立的U型院落 苏圣亮 Independent U-shaped Unit Of Kindergarten SU Shengliang △半开敞式走廊 苏圣亮 Semi-open Corridor SU Shengliang △ 幼儿园室内楼梯空间 苏圣亮 Stair Space Of Kindergarten SU Shengliang △ 幼儿园教室空间 苏圣亮 Kindergarten Classroom SU Shengliang 小学分为南北侧两部分,分别对应低年级和高年级的教学空间。南侧教学楼在建筑形态上由四个四层的单元衔接构成半围合的庭院,朝向中心步道广场翻开,从入校由中心步道走进内院再到教学楼内部,也是引导着孩子们对校园空间的探求。北侧教学楼则整体体量较大,最高的建筑面向城市干道一侧,体块相对统一规整,呼应城市界面。 The primary school is divided into two parts, the north and south sides, corresponding to the lower grades and the upper grades.The south buildings consist of four 4-floor units which form a half yard towards the Central open space.From entering the campus, the children walk into the yard by center walkway and then get the teaching building, which also guided the children to explore the campus space.
